Xinyu Travel Guide

The crown jewel of Xinyu, Fairy Lake is a massive reservoir covering 50 square kilometers with over 100 islands scattered across its emerald waters. According to legend, this is where the Taoist immortal Lu Dongbin encountered a fairy maiden, giving the lake its name.
